The prospect of attending a job interview can be terrifying, particularly if you have been out of work for a long time. We help women face their interview with confidence.
Interview training
When a woman comes to Dress for Success, her dressing appointment is followed by a half-hour conversation with a professional volunteer with a background in recruitment or senior management who will help the client understand what to expect in her interview and how to present herself to the employer. The aim is to make the client feel more confident about her abilities and more positive about her chances of success.
Each client leaves with her own personal copy of the Dress for Success Interview Pack which includes practical tips and guidance to help the client prepare for her interview.
